PlayPadel is a padel community and court booking platform in Tashkent: the playpadel.uz and playpadel.uz websites, the booking.playsport.uz booking service and the PlayPadel mobile app. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have.
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (No. ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019).
The operator and data controller of PlayPadel is EVENTCHI LLC (taxpayer ID 313 293 372), a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, at Nurxon street 2, Berk street 7, Qozirobod MFY, Chilanzar district, Tashkent. For any questions about personal data, write to support@playpadel.uz.
This Policy covers the playpadel.uz and playpadel.uz websites, the booking.playsport.uz booking service and the PlayPadel mobile app on Google Play and the App Store: the app talks to the same servers and processes the same categories of data as the website.
On Google Play and the App Store, the PlayPadel app is published by WOWCARRY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12800325) at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; on Google Play it is listed under the developer name “WowCarry”. WOWCARRY LTD develops and publishes the app on behalf of EVENTCHI LLC and is not the controller of your personal data: the data the app collects is sent to PlayPadel's servers and processed by EVENTCHI LLC under this Policy.
Finding a match, queues and organized play: when you publish availability, we store your selected sports, clubs, preferences, note and exact availability windows. Only you see the exact dates and times; we use them for matching. Other eligible players see your profile, selected clubs, preferences, note and broad parts of the day in the pool, subject to profile visibility, friends and blocks. We store queue entries and promotions, named partner proposals and acceptance, presence confirmations and absence votes linked to the players. Attendance status and aggregate counts may appear on the match and profile; absence confirmed by two participants creates a moderation case, and moderators can correct an error while preserving the votes and decision record. These named records are distinct from secret post-match feedback. For leagues we store membership, challenges, results and position-change history; for organized play we store your consent to count it toward your rating, organizer-confirmed results and rating movements and corrections. New public star reviews of players are no longer accepted; earlier rows remain for audit and an author may delete their own review. Account deletion removes owned availability, queue entries, partner proposals, current league membership and organized-rating consent. Sporting-result, attendance and decision history may retain opaque account identifiers with the match or competition. Coach assessment: in Matches you can show a private QR code or link to a coach the platform has authorized to assess levels. A coach who opens it sees your name, photo, match rating and rating confidence, also when your profile is hidden from the player directory; the code works until you replace it with a new one. The level the coach records, the coach's name and an optional note of up to 500 characters are kept with your account and deleted with it, and you are notified of every such record.
Account data: name, email address, phone number (in international format), skill level, profile photo, optional profile details (city, sports, playing hand, bio), interface language and notification preferences. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash (bcrypt) — we never see or store it in plain text. Your player profile (name, photo, city) is shown in the public player directory and ratings by default; you can turn this off in your profile settings, and your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
Google sign-in: when you sign in with Google we receive the name, email address and profile photo of your Google account. We have no access to your emails, contacts or other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we use it only to provide the sign-in feature.
Sign in with Apple: when you sign in with Apple we receive your Apple ID's identifier, an email address — your real one, or Apple's private relay address if you chose to hide yours — and the name Apple shares only on your first sign-in. We store the token Apple issues in encrypted form and use it for one thing only: to revoke our access to your Apple ID when you delete your account.
Telegram: when you link a Telegram account or sign in via Telegram — the chat ID, name and username, profile photo and the phone number you confirmed.
Number confirmation for Matches: a Telegram-confirmed number is needed to enter rating matches or for your feedback after any match to count. We keep a link between your Telegram account identifier and your PlayPadel account so that one Telegram account verifies only one PlayPadel account. The same number is needed, and the same link is kept, when you join the waiting list of a rating match, join a league, accept a league challenge or agree that an organized event counts toward your rating. This link remains after you disconnect Telegram, until you delete your PlayPadel account or successfully use another verified, unclaimed Telegram account for rated entry or counted feedback; this record does not keep a separate copy of your phone number. Friendly matches remain available without this confirmation, except a match on a booked court: a place in it, like any place in a paid court booking, needs a Telegram-confirmed number so that the club can reach you. You may send feedback without it, but your answers count only if the confirmation is valid when feedback closes. Other players are not shown whose answers counted.
Bookings: booking history (club, court, date and time), booking contact details — name and phone number, including for guest bookings without an account — participants and payment status.
Payments: transaction metadata only — identifiers, amount, status and payment method. We never see or store the numbers or other details of the cards you pay with: you enter them on the payment service's own page or in its app. Online payments are processed by Payme, Click, Uzum Bank and Rahmat, licensed payment services of Uzbekistan that act as independent operators of your payment data.
Transfers to an organiser: some tournament and event organisers take payment by transfer to their own card. In that case we show you the card number and payment details the organiser entered, you send the money yourself from your banking app, and you tell us the payer's name — the organiser sees it so they can find your transfer. That money never passes through us. If the organiser has deleted their account, PlayPadel's administrators review your unconfirmed transfer instead: they see the payer's name, the amount and the last four digits of the organiser's card, and confirm the transfer or reject the entry. If you are an organiser who accepts transfers, we store the card number and payment details you enter and show them to the players paying you.
Club passes: which pass was bought, its validity and the sessions left, and the holder's name and phone number. For a child pass, also the child's name and date of birth, entered by the parent or, at the parent's request, by the club (see the Children section).
Content you publish: game posts and requests to join games, chat messages in game, class, tournament and booking rooms, reviews and ratings of clubs, coaches and players, photos you upload (such as your profile photo). A class, tournament or booking chat is seen by its participants, the coach and the club; a game's chat only by the game's members. Chat messages, game posts, join requests and reviews written in the app or on the booking website pass an automatic filter before they are stored, which replaces profanity with asterisks.
Private messages: one-to-one conversations with another player. Only you and the other person see them — clubs do not; a moderator sees a message only if it has been reported (see below). Private messages pass the same filter.
Friends, favourites and invitations: your friends and friend requests — seen by you and the person each one concerns; your favourite clubs; invitations to a place in a booking you paid for — whom you invited and their name at the time, so your booking shows who has not answered yet. Anyone holding a pair-invitation link sees your name and, once the place is taken, your partner's name. Invitations to a match: who invited whom and when, seen by the invited player and the players of that match, and kept with the match.
Starting rating in Matches: your answers to the level questions in Matches and the starting rating they give; and, if you choose to add one, a screenshot of your level screen from another app (Playtomic, Lunda Padel or Padel Mates) with the numbers read from it. Other players see only your rating. Your answers are shown to no other player, and a screenshot we keep can be opened only by our administrators.
Feedback after a match: once a match's score is confirmed in Matches, each of its players may say, once, about each of the others how that player played for their rating, give them a sun or a cloud for how it was to play with them, and give them a badge. While the feedback is open your answers are kept on our server, and no screen shows anybody who chose what: not the player an answer is about, not the other players, and not our administrators or moderators. The answers are deleted when the match's feedback closes — usually about a day after the score is confirmed, later while a report on the match is being reviewed or while Matches is not open to all of its players — and they are left out of our backups. After that only totals remain: each player's honor, how many suns, clouds and badges they have received and how many above- and below-rating answers, suns and clouds they have given, how many answers about how they played for their rating were counted, how the feedback changed a rating in a match, and, for each pair of players, in how many matches of a season one's answers about the other counted, but not the answers themselves. One more thing is kept in order to count honor: while all of a player's clouds in a row have come from one and the same player, who that player is; nobody is shown it. Honor, badges and rating confidence are shown in Matches. How many clouds a player has received is not shown to players, although honor falls after three clouds in a row from at least two players; our administrators can see the totals listed above, but no screen shows them who chose what.
Coach profiles: name, photo, description, experience, contact details and date of birth, entered by the coach, by the club they work at, or by us. A coach profile is public; a public profile may include the age, never the date of birth.
Requests to us and to clubs: a message sent through the website's feedback form (its text, a contact if you leave one, the page and browser details); a «Become a coach» application (name, phone, Telegram, experience and certificates); a request in answer to a club's offer (name, phone number and your answers to the form), which that club receives.
Reports and blocks: when you report a message, a review, a request to join a game or a player profile, we store who reported what, the reason you chose, your optional note and a copy of the item as you saw it (its text, or the profile's name and photo), so that a moderator can judge it even if it is later edited or deleted. The list of people you have blocked is stored in your account and is visible only to you.
Push notifications in the app: only after you turn notifications on and allow them on your phone does the app send us the device's push token and a random installation identifier. They are used only to deliver notifications to that device, and are deleted when you sign out on it or delete your account.
Technical data: cookies (see section 4), IP address, browser and device information, server access logs.
Providing the service: bookings of courts, classes and tournament places, club passes, online payments, player matchmaking and game line-ups, chats, private messages and friends, profiles, ratings and coach schedules.
Notifications: confirmations, changes and reminders about bookings and games, new messages and club news — via our Telegram bot, by email and as push notifications in the app. You can manage notification and mailing preferences in your profile and in the app's settings, and unsubscribe from emails via the link in each email.
Service improvement: analyzing how the platform is used and diagnosing errors.
Security: preventing abuse and fraud, rate limiting, protecting accounts.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
Strictly necessary cookies: the padel-session sign-in cookie (14-day lifetime), your language choice, theme, your cookie-banner decision (stored for 1 year), and technical identifiers for guest bookings and the home-page mini-game.
Analytics: we may use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2), and the IP address is anonymized. Declining analytics does not limit the service. Marketing (advertising) cookies are not currently used; consent for them can also be managed in the cookie banner.
The Payme, Click, Uzum Bank and Rahmat payment services — to take payments for bookings, passes and tournament places. They receive the amount and transaction attributes and process your card data entirely on their side.
Telegram — for Telegram sign-in, for notifications via our bot, and to alert our moderators to reports: the alert, in a closed moderators' group, carries only the kind of item, the reason category, the number of reports and a link to the report — no reported text and no one's name. Messages sent through the website's feedback form reach the same closed chat — with your name and email if you are signed in, and the contact you left, if any.
Google — for Google sign-in, to deliver push notifications on Android (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and when Google analytics runs (only after your consent, see section 4). A level screenshot you choose to add in Matches is sent from our server to Google's Gemini API to be read. We use its free plan: under its terms Google may use the picture and the answer to improve its products, and its reviewers may see them, separated from our account. Google also keeps requests for up to 55 days to detect abuse. Everything visible in the picture goes with it; we send nothing else. We cannot delete Google's copy, also when you delete your account. Adding a screenshot is optional: the questions alone are enough.
Apple — for Sign in with Apple and to deliver push notifications on iPhone (Apple Push Notification service). The text of each notification itself passes through Apple's or Google's push service.
Resend — the email delivery service (confirmations, password resets, notifications and digests).
Yandex Maps — the map on club pages loads from Yandex servers, which process technical data, including the IP address.
Alteg.IO — if a club keeps its schedule in Alteg.IO, we send your booking at that club there: your name, phone number, email, Telegram link and the booking number, so the club sees the booking in its schedule. If the club has turned reminders on, Alteg.IO may send you a text message or an email itself. The record in Alteg.IO belongs to the club.
Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) — when you write to a club on WhatsApp or Instagram and the club has connected them to PlayPadel, the messages pass through Meta and are stored in the club's inbox.
Clubs and their managers see the contact details of your booking (name and phone number) — this is required to host you at the court — as well as your passes at that club and the messages in the chats of their classes, tournaments and bookings. A coach sees their students, including a child's name and date of birth on a child pass, as does the club. A tournament organiser sees its participants, and the payer's name if you paid for your place by transfer.
Data is stored on a server in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), in line with the personal-data localization requirement of ZRU-547. The one exception is a level screenshot you choose to add in Matches: to be read, it is sent to Google (see “Who we share data with”).
Connections are protected with HTTPS/TLS, passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, club merchant payment credentials are stored encrypted, and access to data is restricted.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Account data is kept while your account is active, or until it is deleted (see “Deleting your data”). A sign-in session lasts 14 days; a device's push token is kept until you sign out on that device.
Booking, pass and payment records — with the payer's name on a transfer to an organiser and the names of players you invited — are kept until you ask us to delete them, including after your account is deleted: write to support@playpadel.uz, and we will delete them then, except booking and payment records we are obliged to keep. The booking change journal, where a club sees who changed what in a booking, keeps each entry for 730 days and then deletes it; the entries showing who paid for, or withdrew from, a place in an open class are kept for as long as that payment itself. The journal of our exchanges with Alteg.IO, which keeps the booking details sent there, is kept with the booking records — also until you ask us to delete it.
Messages in class, tournament, booking and game chats are kept with the chat, including after the author's account is deleted, until the author asks us to delete them; an author can also delete their own message themselves. Private messages are kept until either person deletes their account, and the whole conversation is then deleted.
Messages sent through the feedback form, «Become a coach» applications, requests in answer to a club's offer and a club's mailing history (which address or Telegram chat a message went to) are kept until you ask for them to be deleted, including after your account is deleted: write to support@playpadel.uz.
Reports: the copy of a reported item, and the note you added to your report, are erased 90 days after a moderator has dealt with the report; a report no moderator has dealt with within 180 days is closed, and its copy and note are erased then. Our servers' copies of moderator alerts are erased after 14 days (the alert itself stays in the moderators' Telegram group). When a moderator removes something — a message, a photo or a name — the record of that action also keeps what was removed for 90 days. The record of the report — who reported whom, the reason, the moderator's decision and the dates — and the record of each moderator action are kept as the history of an account's conduct, including after the reported account is deleted, until the person reported asks us to delete them. When you delete your account, the reports you filed and your block list are deleted with it; of a report about a game, only a mark that it was made stays, without its reason.
A level screenshot from Matches is deleted from our servers 30 days after you upload it, and until then only our administrators can open it; the numbers read from it stay with your account. Our backups keep their own copies for up to 14 days longer.
You may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion. Your name, photo, phone number and notification settings can be changed directly in your profile.
To access, correct or delete your data, write to support@playpadel.uz. You can also delete your account yourself — how, and what is kept afterwards, is set out in “Deleting your data”.
Users in the EU and the UK. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we process your data on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you (the Terms of Use) — your account, bookings, payments and messages; your consent where we ask for it — for example, for the weekly digest email (off until you turn it on yourself), push notifications and analytics cookies; compliance with our legal obligations — for example, keeping the booking and payment records we must keep; and our legitimate interests — safety, moderation and fraud prevention. You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal), and to complain to the data protection authority of your own country. To exercise these rights, write to support@playpadel.uz. Our servers are in Uzbekistan, outside the EU and the UK; the services listed in “Who we share data with” process data in their own countries.
How to delete your account. In the PlayPadel app: Account → Settings → Delete account. The app tells you at once if anything is in the way, and once you confirm, the account is deleted immediately. If you use only the website, write to support@playpadel.uz from the email address on the account, or from your verified phone number, with «Data deletion» in the subject: we process the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by reply.
When deletion has to wait. While you have an upcoming booking, game or tournament place — cancel it or wait until it is over. A booking is in the way until the morning after its day, a game until it is finished but no longer than 7 days after it ends (if its result is disputed, until the dispute is settled), a tournament place until the tournament stops taking results, and an unpaid booking is released on its own, at the latest 30 minutes after the payment page is opened. While money for a booking you cancelled is being returned — wait until the refund completes. If you are club staff — a club administrator must first remove your access to manage the club. Platform administrator accounts are not deleted in the app — write to us.
What is deleted at once: your profile and photo, email, password, the Telegram, Google and Apple links (we revoke our access to your Apple ID), the Telegram-to-PlayPadel link for rating matches and feedback, sessions and push tokens, settings, favourites, friends and friend requests, private messages — the whole conversation is deleted for both people — the reviews you wrote, your ratings and achievements, your answers to the level questions, your starting rating, the numbers read from a level screenshot and the screenshot itself if we still hold it, your honor and your badges, the answers in feedback after a match that have not been counted yet — yours about other players and other players' about you — your block list and the reports you filed (of a report about a game, only a mark that it was made stays, without its reason). Your name, phone number and email are removed from your bookings and payments.
What is kept, and for how long. Booking and payment records and the scores of games and tournaments you played stay without your name, phone number and email — until you ask us to delete them: the club needs them for accounting, refunds and disputes. The booking change journal, which keeps a booking's contact details as they were at each change, keeps each entry for 730 days and then deletes it — once your account is deleted, that includes the entries showing who paid for, or withdrew from, a place in an open class.
Kept with those records, also until you ask us to delete them: your messages in class, tournament, booking and game chats — the text and the name you wrote under; a child's name and date of birth on a child pass (see the Children section); the payer's name you gave for a transfer to an organiser; the name you paid under for equipment rented with a booking; the names of players you invited; your name on the level assessments you recorded for players as a coach; your booking details sent to Alteg.IO, in our journal of exchanges with it; and, if you took payments by transfer to your card as an organiser, the records of those transfers — the amount, the card number and payment details you gave, and the payer's name; the card number and payment details also stay in your events' settings, but those events no longer take payment by transfer to that card, and we no longer show it to new players. Records of reports about your account — the reason, the moderator's decision and the dates — stay in the moderation history, no longer linked to your account, also until you ask us to delete them; the copy of the reported item is erased on the schedule in the Retention section.
PlayPadel is a service for adults (18 years and older). Only people aged 18 or over may create an account (Terms of Use, section 3), and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data, except in the one case described below. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete their data.
Child passes. A parent or legal guardian may buy a child a pass for classes and enter the child's name and date of birth; when the pass is issued at the club, the club enters them at the parent's request. The child gets no account: the pass, the payment and the notifications stay with the adult. This data is used only to run the classes: the club and the coach see the child's name and date of birth, and we use it for nothing else.
A child's name and date of birth are kept with the pass — including after the parent deletes their account — until you ask us to delete them: write to support@playpadel.uz, and we will delete them then.
This Policy fully applies to the PlayPadel mobile app. The app uses the same server interfaces as the website and processes the same categories of data. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
The app accesses your photos only when you choose a profile photo — your own or a coach profile's — or a screenshot of your level for Matches, and only the photo you pick; it asks for notifications only when you turn them on. When it starts, the app checks our server for updates; the request carries the app version, the platform and a random installation identifier. You can delete your account in the app itself — see “Deleting your data”.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date; we will announce material changes on the site.
For personal data matters: support@playpadel.uz. The data controller is EVENTCHI LLC, taxpayer ID 313 293 372, Nurxon street 2, Berk street 7, Qozirobod MFY, Chilanzar district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
We may disclose data where required by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We never sell personal data.
The club's own records. A pass bought at a club stays on its list of sales with the holder's name and phone number — like payment records, until you ask us to delete them; if a club paid you as a coach, your name stays in its accounts on the same terms. A coach profile at a club — the name, photo, description and date of birth, if one is given — stays with that club, and the public profile may remain visible on the club's page until the club removes it or you ask us to. A club's client card with its notes, your conversations with a club on WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram, your requests in answer to the club's offers and the address the club sent its mailings to stay with the club until you ask for them to be deleted: write to support@playpadel.uz naming the club and the phone number or account you wrote from, and we will delete them at that club.
Deletion cannot be undone: your profile, conversations, favourites and settings cannot be restored. To have anything that is kept deleted, write to support@playpadel.uz — best before you delete your account, or together with your request to delete it: once the account is gone, these records are no longer linked to it, and we can find them only from what you tell us — the club, chat or tournament, the name you wrote or paid under, and your phone number. We will delete it then, except booking and payment records we are obliged to keep.
